Ray Fogg Building Methods begins construction on Pierre’s Ice Cream’s long awaited $8 million, state-of-the-art, ice-cream factory. Fogg designed the 35,540 sq. ft. manufacturing facility adjacent to Pierre’s corporate office and distribution center at 6200 Euclid Avenue. The new plant will double Pierre’s manufacturing capacity and improve their efficiency by combining the manufacturing and distribution operations under one roof. Fogg project managers Carl Price and Nick Poelking began coordinating the field work this week and plan to wrap up building construction early next year.
