Mike Novachek joined Ray Fogg Building Methods in 2006 after spending several years as a project manager with a national transportation company where he was involved in property development (acquisition/disposition/construction) and operations analysis.

Prior experience includes design/construction duties with both civil and geotechnical consultants. Mike is a native of Akron, Ohio and holds both a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and MBA from the University of Akron. He is a registered professional engineer in Ohio. As Senior Project Manager, Mike focuses on business development and directing the design and construction of industrial/commercial projects on a daily basis. Mike’s project expertise includes industrial freezer and cooler projects. Mike has also successfully directed out of state, fast tracked, build to suit projects, winning a NAIOP Traveling Gun award in 2008.
