Ohio EPA issues Covenant Not to Sue for Bluestone Business Park

On December 21, 2009, The Director of the Ohio EPA, Chris Korleski, issued a Covenant Not to Sue for the Fogg Bluestone Business Park in Euclid, Ohio. The 80 acre parcel, formerly know as PMX Euclid, was the site of a large brass sheet facility, which was closed in 1998. Fogg began voluntary environmental remediation activities in April 2009, with funding assistance from Cuyahoga County and the State of Ohio.

The issuance of the Covenant Not to Sue recognizes that the clean-up work was completed in accordance with all applicable standards and protects Fogg and future businesses locating in the park from agency enforcement actions in regard to prior industrial activities on the property.
