Ray Fogg Building Methods again demonstrated its ability to get the job done under adverse conditions and was awarded the NAIOP “Traveling Gun” Award for its efforts.
Brighton-Best International was looking to expand the capacity in its Detroit, Michigan branch and consulted with RFBM to obtain land, develop the site and build a new facility for its operation. Like most projects these days, the team of Richard Neiden, Mike Novachek, Tyler Garret and Nick Poelking was up against a hard completion deadline: complete the 109,000 sq.ft. office/warehouse space in a brief 5-month time frame after obtaining land. The Fogg team used its expertise, obtained from past out-of-town projects, to successfully obtain competent local subcontractors able to meet this project’s stringent requirements.
