On November 9, 2023, Northern Ohio Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) presented the prestigious Certified Property Manager (“CPM”) of the Year award to our very own Lindsay Coe. This award is in recognition of the contributions Lindsay has made to enhance the future of the real estate management profession. Being a CPM makes one a member of a very exclusive group as there are only 8,000 real estate managers worldwide who possess the education and experience to have earned a CPM designation from the IREM. A much smaller group of CPM’s give back to the real estate management profession in a manner to earn this distinguished award.
