Seasons Business Center 6, Fogg’s sixth speculative building at the interchange of Route 8 and Seasons Road in Stow, Ohio, has been leased to Haydon Corporation. Haydon will occupy the entire 254,000 square feet beginning in early 2024. Haydon Corporation is a national provider of quality metal framing, hardware, rooftop support, and baseboard heating systems for commercial and residential construction, and will distribute these materials from the Stow facility. The Ohio Department of Development (ODOD) approved the project for tax credit assistance. This will be Haydon’s fourth distribution center in the United States, strategically located to better service the growing demand of customers in the Midwest. Seasons Business Center 6 is a joint venture between Ray Fogg Corporate Properties and the Brennan Family of Akron.
